I think goals are easier and more achievable when they are tangible and specific. So saying "I want to lose weight" isn't really going to cut it. Maybe more like "I want to lose x kgs in x amount of time". It might help :D :twisted: :twisted: I am afraid loosing 1 kilo out of 5 ...
