Thanks for the reply. I did take into consideration the "cost" assocaiated with ownership. Approx avg 12,000 per year. Er... which developer is this? JBR is 8 dirhams per sqft per annum... so you're talking starting at 7200 for a studio... but it goes way up to 35000 p.a. and this is CONS...
