What's the cheapest way to have a nice little 1 week holiday in Egypt straight after Xmas/New Year?

Are there cheap flights, charters etc?

Any recommendations on what to see/do or whyere to stay?

What would you budget for such a trip, if 2 ppl were sharing the whole way?

www.airarabia.com can have cheap rates to travel i beleive they fly to a few destinations in Egypt. Egypt Air is probably cheap too but with there safety track record i am not sure i would recommend flying them! If you travel during the second half of January and/or begining of Feb it would be off-peak so you will probably get a better rate than if you travelled closer to begining of Jan.

You can also cosider just doing Sharm El Sheikh and Air Arabia flies there directly if i am not mistaken. Luxor is another interesting alternative.
