Yes, Concord, I certainly understand. If the US economy is going to be hard hit by big-time spending on war, they will of course try to recoup costs. It wouldn't make sense for them to award the contracts to benefit anti-war countries' economies. The annoying thing about all of this is that Iraq has no say in the matter because it is such a mess and the US has the power to run things at the moment. The US can get what it wants, obviously.
