Re: A Kiss, Just a Kiss......

this is absolutely retarded... i see males in the malls kissing each other all the time. in my culture, this is viewed as a homosexual act... but here it is viewed as normal and therefore authorities should prosecute people of the opposite sex kissing each other... this woman ruined the lives of two...

Re: Self-Defense

might as well learn muay thai. this sport is very brutal and very good for self defence :bigsmurf: i took muay thai and kali for 3 years and quit, but have learned alot of skills and confidence from this. alot of sparring sessions help too, since this will stop ove-rconfidence.

Re: Getting muscly instead of losing weight

i disagree with most posts here. i suggest heavy weights and less reps+more sets. doing barbell squats 5x5 with a heavy weight will get you more muscle mass. more muscle mass = more calories burned while resting. and as mentioned before, sprinting, swimming, and boxing are the best way to lose fat. ...

Re: Illicit liquor trade uncovered in Dubai

Re: Getting Muscly Instead Of Losing Weight

women cannot "bulk up" and have huge muscles since they do not have enough testosterone. a big misconception is that if women lift weights they are destined to have toned muscles like bruce lee. less weight and lots of reps will only get you lactic acid intolerance and give you no results ...

Re: Getting muscly instead of losing weight

yes tabata's do work and so does turbulence training. ive read about that from the local men's health mag. i do not do it since i smoke alot, and it causes me too much pain in the lungs. turbulence training just works because of oxidization. you expend calories through heavy consumption of...

Re: Getting muscly instead of losing weight

chocoholic you should learn to read, as i've said earlier women do not get "MUSCLY" because they tend to have very low testosterone. the least that could happen if you do 5x5 is become lean and lose all the fat while maintaining real strength. and real strength is good because stronger peo...

Re: Places you haven't been to in Dubai for a while?

Went to Dubai zoo about 3 years ago, and yes its still pathetic. one of the caged lioness kept circling in its cage when i went it and still was doing it till i left the zoo. it seems to be really agitated, and now that its summer i cant imagine how hot it will be inside those concrete floor cages. ...

Re: Finger Flick Doc Charges Dropped

lold, but seriously its a personal choice. people are too lazy in the UAE mainly because of the long work hours. its pretty hard to drag your ass in the gym and lift heavy stuff, takes alot of motivation and self discipline. :albino:
