Now the most important point where we seek a virgin partner is cuz of our religion and culture. Still in countries like Egypt and Syria the mother of the groom places a cloth on the bed as she wanna have a prove that her son married a virgin or not?. In some culture mother herself see and witnesses that the bride never lost her virginity till now. So for many the family attitudes, personal values, or religious beliefs provide them with an inner voice that guides them in resisting pressures to get sexually involved before the time is right and the person is right which ofcourse means marriage. And mostly importantly the risk of diseases.

Why do they lose it? Its cuz some dont wanna left out among friends which is "Still being a virgin" or "LOSER" as a label on their forehead. So teens of now think its no big deal to experience such a thing, another thing that makes a person to loose it is TV & Movies which is the best source to move them into these directions. Some tries to show their love with phyical relation, some being forced by others or that person whom she/he loves. Sometimes your curiosity or sexual feelings can make you feel like it's the right time to have sex, even though it may not be. Yet a girl can lose it with hard work or exercise as most of the well religious girls keep everything within limitations.

Again, what matters most differs from person to person...When it comes to sex, there are two very important things to remember: one, that you are ultimately the person in charge of your own happiness and your own body; and two, you have a lot of time to wait until you're totally sure about it. If you decide to put off sex, it's OK — no matter what anyone says. Being a virgin is one of the things that proves you are in charge, and it shows that you are powerful enough to make your own decisions about your mind and body. If you find yourself feeling confused about decisions related to sex, you may be able to talk to an adults for advice. Keep in mind, though, that everyone's opinion about sex is different. plus, dont know how can anybody consider a person in charge of a situation that he or (most likely) she has been forced to in the 1st place. ur in charge when u decide not to jump in bed when ur 15 and dont really know what u would be doing, but wait until u get older, more knowledgeble about the subject and have the chance to do it with somebody u trust at least to some extent.

europe is full of arab (female) students who live their lives while they study, than go through a make up operation to become "virgin" again by the time they go home. i feel sorry for them for having to submit themselves to this crap just to make some narrow minded guy/mother in law happy. and im sorry for that narrow minded guy also for being happy in his ignorance.

The whole bed sheet thing is a load of old rubbish, women who're virgins don't necessarily bleed the first time they make love. If you're into sports and other activities your hymen can break at anytime, even using tampons can do it - it's a ridiculous thing to do really.

That's a personal question DK, one which I'm not going to answer. Lets just say that there are some guys who don't have a clue which buttons to press.
