Hi I really need your help.

I just found out today that my visa was cancelled and that my employer file an absconding case on me.

I was Terminated Last November 11, 2012 and they said that I need to have 1 month notice to had over everything. My passport are with them, and I didn't even got my settlement.

I had spoken to the owner that time and inform me that I can stop coming to work if handover is done before Dec 11, 2012. and that I have requested my employer to extend my visa until my sister delivered her baby, first week of January 2012.

I wasn't able to call them, I dont have enough money to even buy load.

and I dont even have any call informing me that they will cancel my visa.

Please help me.

I would like to know what will happen.
*will i go to prison?
*will I need to pay something?
*will I be ban forever?

I don't know what to do
