I don't like rice except basmati. Basmati is heaven. Rice isn't that good for you unless it's brown or wild rice. I like wild rice too but it's expensive.

I prefer potatoes. I love everything about potatoes. Nevertheless I pork up easily so I eat steel-cut oatmeal. I love oatmeal too. It's (porridge) been a breakfast stable since childhood. Other great rice substitutes include millet, quinoa, and buckwheat (kasha). They're healthier and IMO taste wayyyy better than rice.

I guess her potato craving comes from the Irish in her. She's an international wonder.

I love sweet potato pie and biscuits and gravy and watermelon (typical afro-american southern food), but I don't have black ancestry in me. Is there something wrong with my DNA? :(

Indeed. Her DNA has so many non-pure strings and strand, the soul is diverting from the body at blistering speeds.

As if you put bloodtype B minus with A positive.... A dry giant lump...

...Ok I'll stop the banter for now

You guys point fingers at me being pathetic but look at your behavior. I post about Susan Boyle and K-Dog has to harass with an Asian comment. Of course Bora thinks K-Dog is such a stud muffin because he follows me around in non-Asian themed threads to instigate Asian talk. That wasn't the first time. He had to follow me in an innocent Thanksgiving thread. None of you think it's bizarre that he stalks me. We all know K-Dog has the hots for me. He's printed my picture and runs to the bathroom or public washroom in Dubai, USA, or wherever to fantasize about someone he only knows through Dubai forums. Don't you think it's bizarre he stalks me in random non-Asian threads?

Anyway now you attack me for only liking basmati or wild rice on occasion. I'm attacked for preferring other grains or tubers. WTF.

Dog = sniff, sniff, sniff. If you put your tail down maybe he will remove his nose. Don't flatter yourself that he's stalking you, in your mind everyone is stalking you. A dog in heat isn't very selective you know - any stray will do.

Well not a fan of rice AT ALL ! but will eat biryani or something once in a while when totally bored with everything else. On the other hand my wife ( she's from the Phillipines ) if she doesnt eat rice its like she hasn't eaten. Which is fine with me.

Nothing pleases her more when I whip up some quick rice. Plonk some rice in a rice cooker pour in some water and 15 mins later, microwave any leftovers and serve with the rice and viola dinner is ready. Couldn't be much simpler 8) and plus its her fav dish, rice with anything, even rice with a side order rice. So its all good 8) 8)

I don't get the mass appeal of rice but like I said before basmati is nice. Here are some pics of some rice dishes I like. Yum.

Brown basmati is lovely

Paella-I usually don't eat the rice but the rest is to die for

Beautiful wild rice and veggies

If you read my previous posts, I stated I don't like rice that much. I stated I prefer other grains and tubers. So how could I be his wife, James Bond? I think his wife would die without it. I could care less if I never eat it again. Furthermore did you miss out the hypothesis that I love potatoes because of my Irish background. Really it could be from the Lithuanian side or perhaps I just like potatoes. Strange no one attributed my love of oatmeal to my Irish ancestry.

BTW why is the Philippines importing rice? I thought they worked the fields singing "Planting rice is never fun."

Do you get up in the morning and look in the mirror and ask yourself:

You: "Who will I be today?"
Voice in Head: "Well you had oatmeal for breakfast, which means you will have potatoes for dinner, so be Irish"

Unfortunately, some people leave themselves open to ridicule by posting obnoxious threads, especially when the thread is about themself. And she's not Vietnamese and definitely not Philipino, she just looks Philipino but doesn't eat rice! And she has about 38 bloodlines. As I said, she's just an international wonder.

You got this weird obsession with international wonders and sensations. First it's Susan Boyle, then it's puppypup. It must be coz you're a sensational person yourself. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Err, Susan Boyle is now an interntional sensation, so why not start a thread about this wonderful lady with an amazing voice. Considering the masses who are cheering her on does that make them all "obsessive".

As for Puppypup she has managed to start 2 or 3 threads all about who she is and who she does not look like. Several people told her to post her photo to let us judge, which would really be the way to go about it for her to hear what the people here really have to say since it is a serious issue she has. And,further how did you zero in on me when I see quite a few others commenting?

Am I wrong that Susan Boyle has become an international sensation? How does that make me "obsessed". Puppypup carries on about all her different blood lines, where several people indicated that she was suffering from a identity crisis, and based on her comments, I referred to her as an "international wonder".

So what is your problem with that? At least I'm not stalking someone. As opposed to being stalked say by,oh, you? I gather you have a misguided, inflated opinion of yourself Snow.

Thaw out. And no, you do not need to be corrected, I am a sensational person. At least you were smart enough to pick up on that.
