Hello everyone,
I am looking for a 4 bedroom villa or townhouse for rent in Mankhool, Jafiliya, Zabeel and nearby these areas. It has to be in good condition and not very old. It should have central a/c. My budget is AED 1,15,000-1,16,000 per year. It should be also spacious. I am currently staying in a 3-bedroom flat in Golden Sands Area. My reason for shifting is I am having five children and I am in need of a bigger home. Maids room is optional, if its available well then good or if not its not a problem. So please help me if you have any ideas or try to get me someone you know who can help me. Also just try to get me some idea if there is any good 4-bedroom flat in Oud Metha. I know my budget is a bit less but my company can only pay for that amount. I also don’t want to go to any farer areas because of my children’s school, tuition’s and extra coaching. PLEASE HELP….
