well it depends on how you define "good subject"m dont you think so?

sounds good. since we are mostly talking about moving to dubai, what is the most important factor in making dubai a desirable place. and whats the thing that may make people run away?

where is everyone brunching tmorrow?
Ylumba seems to be nice with its free flowing champagne and all but a bit on expensive side, what do you think?

I havent been there. I am thinking about shedding some weight. :oops: :D

Personally anything under 400 should be ok if its freeflow champagne (Moet). Actually 350 depending on the location :lol:

Again, I dont really rate the food in this country. :wink:

heyy I lost 8 kilos last month with "lemon & cayenne pepper syrup" diet ...
however the main purpose was to cleanse my body and boost the immune system ... dare to try? . :) :lol: ...

You must be kidding me. Is that all you are having for 10 days? Let me rephrase, SAME liquid for breakfast, lunch and dinner for TEN days??

Is this still recommended for someone with gastric?

with gastritis you should go on low fat youghurt diet...

and yes, that was all I had for 10 days, first 3 days were a bit difficult, but then it got easier and easier .....

I am planning to repeat it once more soon ...for my skin mainly .. :) .

For health reason, perhaps I should take up this challenge.

I have read about this diet. it is severe and meant to do weird things to your body and 1/2 the weight you lose comes back straight away.

After 3 days you were probably experiencing malnutrition dementia, this is common after 3 days of nutritional starvation.

I was fine and felt healthy.... I too like my steak from time to time but i dont like sugar and stay away from starch, staurated fat maybe thats why all that weight did not pile on back ....

if u want to try it let me know ... :) ...

try it and see what exactly was I experiencing .... thats what men should be about right -> action not word diarrhea .. :) ..
