Mr. Kantilal S. Rathod was introduced to me as an honest business man with excellent connections to Dubai Court Authorities. Mr. Kantilal S. Rathod has been living in the UAE for more than 40 years.
Mr. Kantilal S. Rathod promised to support me to arrange an official passport swap at Dubai Court where my passport is being kept due to a travel ban. I trusted Mr. Kantilal S. Rathod and we agreed for a price for the security passport and his services. I paid AED 25,000 upfront and was promised that the swap should be completed within a few days. Mr. Kantilal S. Rathod assured me that the money was secure with him and that I could cancel at any time on non-performance and he would return the AED 25,000 immediately.
I cancelled the deal when the swap was not finished after 3 weeks. Since then I have been waiting for my money for more than 4 weeks. As Mr. Kantilal S. Rathod doesn’t answer neither phone calls, nor SMS nor emails I am afraid that I have to write off my money.
My warning: Don’t start business with Mr. Kantilal S. Rathod!
