Here is my experience with Bigdaddycars.ae
My wife rented a car from "Bigdaddycars.ae Car Rentals" for 5 days. The company delivered the car and took a refundable deposit of AED 1500 and a separate rental charge. They said they will refund the deposit within 2 weeks of returning the car. Its been 1.5 months now and i have followed up with them more than 10 times for refund but every time they make lame excuses like they forgot, bank site was down, RTA has delayed it, they have a lot of work. Finally they sent me a fraudulent fund transfer receipt for a transfer scheduled after 6 days, now even after those days and many more have passed the transfer has not happened. Since the company is a freezone company not much can be done. Please be aware and careful even if you have a voucher from cobone or groupon don't use it and ask for refund.
