Bought HDD player (external case), ePro brand, it didn't work when plugging to TV. I'm sure because I tested with my friend's (different brand).

Asked for an immediate replacement (I saw they still have the stocks), instead they sent the broken thing to the distributor. Couldn't promise when it'd be fixed and finished. Bad service! I purchased many times from other shops, they should have given a good service to replace immediately as it's new.

Few weeks past, asked many times, still got no news. It's difficult as I travel and rarely in the country.

The shop name is Al Madeena, right side ground floor on the corner, Al Ain computer center in Bur Dubai.
