I'm working in a company for 1,5 years now, the contract is Limited.
I need to know what are the procedures if i want to leave now after 1,5 years (the contract is for 2 years) - do I have to pay smth to my company and is there ban?
My new job offers are 6 to 7k monthly, i heard that in this case if i move there there will be no ban?
