Mar7aba!I am Palestinian with Croatian and Jordanian passport.I live in Croatia.I speak arabic,english,italian and croatian.I am computer literate(MS Office,Excel,Powerpoint etc.)For a year I am sending my CV to companies in Dubai but there is no answer.I need advice what more I can do about it.And is it possible because I am girl?

Candidates with your skill set is available in UAE and mostly companies move for overseas recruitment if they find difficult to get the candidate localy.
