Again, please use the search function on this site and check the job recruitment websites here in Dubai. Also, check Gulf News and Khaleej Times newspaper job vacancy pages for available positions. Some of these will state salary, some won't. Also companies seem to have a scale of pay that differs for people depending on where their passports come from. Unfair, but hey, that's Dubai.

Kanelli,

Do you mean that if you're coming from Europe you get a better package than some other guy from USA? (just an example)

Sometimes, yes. Although North American and European passport holders may get the same packages, people with passports from India, Pakistan, Phillipines etc. would be offered less. The rationale is that the package would be a lot of money in those countries so why go "overboard". This isn't true for every company though.

So, can anybody explain why Russians get paid the same as Indians, when Moscow is the most expensive city in the world?

Completely unfair. People should be paid for the work, not where their passport comes from.

Well it isn't the most expensive city in the world but it is right up there

secondly you'll also see the Burj and high end places with more Russians and Indians then anything else, they are the 2 biggest spending tourist groups.

The reason people get paid less is they accept less, why did you say yes to the salary that was offered to you Larrissa? do a search on Jeevan he was offered a low salary because of his nationality but his work and skills were of great standards and he demanded and received a more fitting salary.
