Hi there, I am in Dubai for a while, some of the bars have shocked me with the number of ladies of the night hanging around.. Are there any places where there are genuinely single girls?

Hey. Yes there are, but you're always going to get 'ladies of the night' in vitually every bar of club you go to in Dubai.

The key is to head out on the 'ladies' nights, which is generally a Tuesday.

Emirates Towers - Agency and Scarletts (quite a few Dubaious professional ladies in the latter, but tend to be African - sorry but true - so pretty easy to weed them out).

Hive - Souk Al Bahar - lovely bar, no dubious girls to date.

Rock Bottom - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday nights as free drinkies are available on all these nights for girlies, mostly frequented by cabin crew.

Thye Westin.

Places on other nights or any night:

Left Bank in either Old Town or the Madinat.

Any of the Trader Vics.

Irish Village

Club wise, Chi - esp on Cheese nights, great laugh.

Zinc if you can hack it! Crew love it, but also has it's fair share of LOTN.

Phew, I think I've just done your homework for you! Please note, on ladies nights the single girls will be hanging out in groups with maybe a token bloke or two.

On the flipside could you please tell us where all the decent single guys are hiding? There seem to be none left in this town.

u search of a good gal that too in a bar or a club doesnt match "a decent gal" and a "pub or bar" or u mean to say some decent pros..

No wonder all the "good" girls and boys seem to have run out. Looking for them in the wrong places !

I can understand this dearth of "decent guys". I think I must lend a helping hand to the IrishguyinDubai. In the general interest of all the lovely, nice, girls out there, here comes the good guys.....

I understand Dubai is one of the biggest countries in the globe.

How can you search for a decent girl in a 'bar or a club'?? You should better search somewhere else, probably online.

I am new in Dubai, single n ready to mingle I like going to pubs but don't get much time other than weekend. I am looking for some good places to go where the drinks are charged reasonably (as I like to drink) and meet the real single ladies on my journey to a happy night

The information posted above by Chocoholic is from 2009 and would probably be outdated. Could anyone please be kind enough to update the info and/or post new places to go for Singles?

I live in Bur Dubai and I would prefer if the places are in or around here(not too far).

Maybe, 2 out of 10 approximated ratio will luckily find one in a bar. Wrong location, exactly! Either, a single may come there just for fun, either broken hearted, frustrated, needs someone to talk to, and last one is look fr a genuine guy? Or genuine girl? Usually genuine singles dont go for pubs, or bars, just few..

Decent guys r not easy to find especially in dubai even i see my appartment mates the r quiet harsh people specially arabic guys but yes they r good chick magnets... The guy who is shy like me cant have gf bcz i never had this but the guys who know tactics can do it easily thats what bar guys do... I m also thinking for a month to go to bar but not yet decided haha

did you visit jumerah beach or holidays beach club or ajman beach. you can get single women at these places. if you want to visit any good places so you should go to dubai mall. its awesome.
