there are lots of places for these age group
here they are

Starbucks, Dome, City Center, Burjuman, (basically all the malls) and yet another coffee shop,. thunderbowl <bowling and billiards> (if thats still open) metroplex cinema, grand cinema coffee bean, TGIF (non alchoholic resto), Chillis, Mc Donalds, KFC, and various net cafes that offer network gaming (key location Karama Alattar, Satwa Dune cente, Diera near Marcopolo !!!!)

since your there go to marcopolo they hardly check IDs ... or go to pancho villa in bur dhubai (Astoria Hotel)!!! the place turned into a hooker bar now but they hardly check for IDs there imagine hookers never get to be caught there !! thats the place safe from CIDs cause these sluts wouldnt be brave enough to flirt and do bargaining shamelessly if there are regular CID visit on their place!!!!! but fcuk kids stay away from the hookers go there get drunk then leave !!! aside from the fact that all these chink hookers are dead ugly in that place (theyre so ugly if HP with his current face becomes a girl he might look hot compare to them YUCK !!! ) they might be infected belch! yuck so i dont suggest the girls just get the boose, be happy and go home !!!

and yes with the help of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and a lil searching on the net you can get yourself your very own ID !!! (thats our old highschool glory days!!! when Ids where just simply laminated) now you have to look for a shop who prints then in hard Plastic IDs there used to have one in crown plaza though i dont know if they are still open ... but a hint !!! usually any advertising or printing company might have them ... try kinkos in bur dhubai they might have them!!!

and if you still cant get anywhere! go to the old KARAMA CENTER !!!! buy pirated p<3n DVD and ************************ tired and fall asleep !! (joke )

MP, were you ever 18? Guess not because all your suggestions! BOOORRRRIIINNGGGGG!! This has been a major issue brought up on the letters pages of all the papers, there is bugger all for teenagers to do in Dubai! Sure they're getting some skate parks up and running, but if you don't skate? And hanging out at a shopping mall is not exactly sintilating excitment now is it?

They need underage nights out, youth club type places, outdoor activities etc.

Hanging out at Starbucks is not entertainment for teenages - geez!

......thanks for all ur help........... Jan 29, 2006
Obviously none of you remember being 18!!!
I have a 7 month old baby.. And I really can't say that going bowling appeals to me!! Hanging out at starbucks is alright with a friend during the day.. but at night we want to do somethin a little more.... fun?
Come on guys... I refuse to believe that no-one in Dubai goes out till they're 21.... so you have to use a fake ID everywhere? Doesn't anyone know of any clubs who aren't that strict on IDs?

I see a lot of older teenagers hanging out in the Gardens by night. Also a lot of them in Battuta Mall, Emirates Mall and the cinemas.

its not us ... but its UAE ... ok here is what i REALLY REmember doing when i was 18 in Dubai ... actually younger !!! to be exact i was 15 since we are tall we can easily get away with fake IDs cause being a filipino and standing 5'7 when i was 15... knowing that an average height for filipino grown ups are 5,6 - 5,9 we used to go to lodge yes the lodge was here during mid 90s president and most of our time was spent just honestly shopping .. cause wayback then there was no starbucks no city center we just have burjuman, and alguhrair but alguhrair was totally small way back then ... this is the era when the tallest building in dubai was the trade center !!! we just hang around Karama cause they have much of the billiard places there !! and if i remembere it correctly and if there are people reading this at same age as i am .. there are 2 famous billiard plce in karama 1 is the karama star and the superman billiard center ... well bowling yess with dubai bowling center ... you guys have to understand dubai is a very young country regarding develpments SHK Zayed was just a LONG Strecth of Road called dubai abudhabi Road we never even thought that there is such a name "shk zayed rd" !!! cool times for us back then was staying over in friends apartments and make out with the cheering squad .. and we spent most of our time playing football/soccer and most of your frineds will just be your school mates and team mates (i used to play midfield for cambridge when i was in year 8 thats 1993 or 4 but i can hardly run fast now cause i've become fat and old but i can still play with the ball heheheh) cant really remember much now ... cinemas yes !!! not much though ...

When city center opened tahts the year i guess where they launched the first shopping festival i think?? or the year before that that time im already studying in UIPS (got kicked out of cambridge because we hacked the computer lab making it boot with pornographic pictures with our dean my taylors name all over it !!! hahaha that was good fun though! hehehe the power of Power BASIC !! and msdos 5's Vulnerability !!! )THEY where all WOW !! but we filipinoes where like ... huh ? thats it???? if your country had produced the biggest and longest mall in ASIA in the late 80's or early 90's "The MEGA MALL" ... and now soon to open in manila 23.5 hectares "SM MALL of ASIA" where not only cars and Bus can enter but ferries and small boats aswell it will be located in manila bay) city center would really look like a grocery store hahahah

basically dubai and UAE in general is not really designed for the teens accept it !!! may it be then till now !!! so i suggest you guys just have to learn and have fun with what you all have !!! you guys can have fun !! just be a lil creative !!

MP, well sorry to say that your post wasn't funny, nor even sarcastic! I do have a boyfriend and we do lots of stuff ta very much.

Also I don't go around blowing your cover do I you complete moron! You know there is a reason why people use nicknames. Words cannot describe your stupidity! Oh by the way there's a big reason why I don't get out much during the week - it's this little thing called working, in case you didn't see the time of my posts, I've been here since 5.30am!

And no there's nothing for teenages to do in Dubai, it's so boring for them it's not true! If you look old enough then sure you can get into the clubs and bars, but if not then your stuck.

Whatever! Edit your posts! Anyway last post from me, as it really won't take a brain surgeon to work it out! MP, you're a moron, think before you press the send button!

And in your reply you mentioned it again!

Then you rant on about peace and being nice AFTER a slating personal attack! How typical of you. I'm not bitter, I just don't like you!
