haven't been on here for at least 6mths cos of work.
Whats Occurring?

The old man checks it from time to time. I have been out of circulation for a while too, but keep in contact with some of the stalwarts in the real world.

Most are pretty hacked off at the lack of intelligent content herein and also the number of mindless trolls who populate it. There used to be some really good, deep political and socio-beneficial debates here.

Am doin good:) though the work pressure here is triple what i had in Dubai, if things go right i might be back in a couple of months:)

rest of the old timers are not gonna come back it seems:) but somehow cant let go this place, have gained a lot out of the forum when it was in its prime:)

i would leave it in the marina area but the police are having some sort of parking binge and there every night dishing out tickets

I could of course leave it in the hugeeeeeee car par park that was going to be JBR's residents Beach club

but yours will be brill

Cant pump no more:), had hit my prime when back here but unfortunately had a minor mishap while exercising, my neck vertebra's got compressed damaging quite a few nerves making my left arm dysfunctional for a bit. so for the time being am off the weights, have stared light cardio again and once things ease out might start light weights again.

hey hows other part of the world treating you:).i thought you had disappeared i am much much better thanks rather then go the conventional way met a renowned sports injury rehabilitation specialist and his routine has put me back on track, just no pumping iron for some more time, will be able to start my cardios soon though:)
