they are over the counter (otc) drugs. you can buy them without prescription. i bought many times augmentin. just make sure you know exactly the dosage, better to ask the pharmacist. but if it's severe pain, better to see the doctor (cost 100-300)

in my home country they sell anti-flies paper covered with some special sticky thing (become like sticker paper) to attract the flies. lie the paper on some strategic places where there are lots of flies (e.g. near meat/foods). the flies stick on the paper to throw away. but i rarely seen flies here...
