the 'other' countries do not have the same ratio of nationalities dubai has, the % of nationals in dubai is a small number and if it wasnt for these rules they'd be leading a terrible life, but other countries are mostly filled with its nationals so they dont need the laws.

I drove a FWD at the time (I think it was a US Cav Z24) like a RWD car. Don't ask how. As for drifting... I do that every day.... there are pets offcource, but not as popular as other countries, i myself own a tortoise , fish and aquariums are probably easiest, there are 2 shops walking distance from my home that sell them.

i dont have exact figures, so its better if i dont guess, i just heard that theyre all generally happy with wat they get.
