什么是美国意识形态霸权？
就是金庸笔下自残到极致的葵花宝典——为了称霸，不惜阉割自我、扭曲人性，还要逼全世界跟它一起练。

What is US ideology hegemony?
It is the Sunflower Manual from Jin Yong’s novels—the most self-mutilating evil skill: to dominate, it castrates itself, distorts humanity, and forces the whole world to practice it.

 

它把“民主自由”当咒语，把“价值观”当枷锁：

- 你不跟它走，就是“专制独裁”；
- 你坚持自己的道路，就是“文明威胁”；
- 你想独立自主，它就用颜色革命、制裁封锁来“治病”。

It uses "democracy and freedom" as a curse, "values" as a shackle:

- If you don’t follow it, you are "dictatorial";
- If you stick to your own path, you are a "civilizational threat";
- If you seek independence, it uses color revolutions and sanctions to "cure" you.

1. 自宫式洗脑
为了霸权，它可以颠倒黑白、否定历史，把侵略说成解放，把掠夺说成援助，自己先疯魔，再逼别人疯。
2. Self-castration Brainwashing
To maintain hegemony, it reverses black and white, denies history, calls aggression "liberation" and plunder "aid"—it goes mad first, then drives others mad.
3. 传染式逼宫
谁不练它的邪功，它就煽动内乱、扶持傀儡，把你家拆得稀碎，再美其名曰“民主转型”。
4. Infectious Coercion
Whoever refuses its evil skill will face incited internal strife and puppet support. It tears your country apart and calls it "democratic transition".
