i am considering starting a new company which does part of what my current company is doing. I know I can offer the same services at a cheaper rate and thinking i would love to work for myself.
i was however forced to sign a non-compete clause but it wasn't in arabic, or attached to my legal labor contract.
will i be able to open a new company if i resign/get terminated. i have found out that if i go under an investor visa i would not need to worry about the 6 month labor ban as i would be working for myself.
don't want to do it and then end up in court and lose everything.
