I'm new in Dubai. and my husband also.
That's why we have trouble with my husband's passport.
We help a woman by putting the passport for guarantee because her passport is also with the police. She signs the cheque without any money in the bank, the cheque's value is aed 36000.
By giving the passport, she can go out without staying in jail.
But until now, the judge has made final judgement, and she is sent to jail for 2 months, but police has not catched her yet.
But we think, our responsibility is just carrying her to the court. That's all. But the public prosecution still keep the passport.
Now we dont know how to get the passport back even we made many request to the public prosecution.
We are new, and we believe in the bad woman blindly. We think she is the same country.
Any body help us for that? or any advice on that?
