How Can I Urgently Find A Temporary Nanny?

I hope someone can help me. I am very urgently in need of a nanny to look after my 2 girls. My husband will return to Australia on Monday, I am working full time, and we have not been able to find a nanny. Does anyone know of any agencies that provide nannies/maids on a temporary basis? HEEEELP!
