can some body tell about NOC.

becouse one company asking me if u want noc letter u give us words we will give u letter.

so please help me what is the normal written in noc letter.

An NOC is basically a letter of no objection, for example if you are moving from one company to another, the company you're leaving from has to write an NOC for you to join the new one.

but now i have to give them words. so please give me some words that i can give thaem.

Your PRO or HR department should know what to write. There are normally standard letters.

but brother u dont know.

that company HR asking me if u want letter u give us word.i know thay are playing with me.but what i can do.

Looks good, I think. Just to state the obvious, must be on company letterhead paper, stamped as well as signed by the company, also should be dated, also if you mention a phone number as shown in this letter make sure there is one on the company letterhead, don't give them anything to argue about!

this format can use for visa also.

Well it would obviously have to say something like:

We have no objection to the above mentioned person transfering to another company for employment within the UAE.

Never seen what they all say as they're normally in arabic.

Well to be fair you didn't actually give the example he was looking for, which an NOC for a visa / employment transfer, not for a bank, car, whatever loan.

you could have been more helpful from the beginning instead of posting funny useless replies... adding no input to the original question

the example I gave... works for all kinds of NOC and the banks/visa etc works the same for transfer...

Not necessarily, as NOC's for visas and employement have to be signed and agreed by CEO's normally, others don't, just the heads of finance.
