I've had this tune on my iPod for years. Thought i would share it. This was the Dubai of yesteryear, 1984. I wish I lived in Sal Davies' Dubai durIing my tenure in DXB. It is a fun tune, and I am sure Sagey knows it well. I am working on my cover version " See Ya, Douchebai"

Well yes I have heard it, however I spent the eighties in Africa, Saudi & the Caribbean, I was in Dubai in the Seventies (Working) and then came back full time in 92. I am presuming you are now "Back in Dubai"

A muso mate of mine and I once wrote a song called "Old sand brown town blues" maybe I should see if I can dig it out as I recall the words were kind of poignant.
