freezone under probationary period resignation

hello i am currently employed under SAIF zone and still under 6mos. probationary period. I want to resign due to very unhealthy working environment and location of the office. Am I allowed to do so? What length of time can i give for notice period? and will i be required to pay Visa costs even if not stated in my contract? Please help. Thank you. Please give me references under LAW if you have too. Thank you.
