as far as i know the whole project is still being constructed, i'd say about 18 months to 2 years to completion.... i'll try and find out who some of the operators are going to be...

my question is still.... why take an industry that requires the highest standards of environmental cleanliness and control and build it in one of the most inhospitible, dusty environmets in the world????
