Any where that I can advertise my product ? i.e electronic handbook,
communication guide and other datacom/telecom related magazine for the UAE market.

Do you think I can have the contact number or email addy. of PC Magazine Middle East. This magazine is targeting the consumers market
while I am targeting the Industrial market like Cabling contractor and datacentre.

Yes, I'm sure you can.

This magazine is targeting the consumers market

I don't know of any industry specific magazines that could help you then, sorry. At least not locally. There is an IT fair called GITEX coming up which may be useful to you.
