Hi all, apologies if this has been posted before.

I have been asked to go for an interview for a new job here. As usual I was thinking of inflating my current package for the new company to improve upon, then we can barter. However a recruitment friend told me to be careful as all labour contracts can be viewed at MoL and therefore can be checked for correctness.

Anyone have any theories on this, or are contracts private between you and the company?

Not really MOL site give very basic info like what company you belong to, contract expring date etc etc and that also you need a labour ID number to access

Mol site is much more upgraded now a days and customer service is providing cordial and informative knowledge.
