The book Revelation May 13, 2008
Apple_Pie,

Revelation is an unholy crap by John. It is not Scripture. It is neither a gospel nor Paul's letter.

The authors of Revelation plagiarised it wholesale form various visions and dreams from the Jewish Holy Scriptures.

Professor Apple , i will make it easier for you we would like you to Explain to us Ezekiel (23) from your Holy Book ( The Bible) , Here is the text :
Ezekiel 23 >>
New American Standard Bible ©

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oholah and Oholibah’s Sin and Its Consequences
1 The word of the LORD came to me again, saying, 2 “Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother; 3 and they played the harlot in Egypt. They played the harlot in their youth; there their breasts were pressed and there their virgin bosom was handled. 4 “Their names were Oholah the elder and Oholibah her sister. And they became Mine, and they bore sons and daughters. And as for their names, Samaria is Oholah and Jerusalem is Oholibah.
5 “Oholah played the harlot while she was Mine; and she lusted after her lovers, after the Assyrians, her neighbors, 6 who were clothed in purple, governors and officials, all of them desirable young men, horsemen riding on horses. 7 “She bestowed her harlotries on them, all of whom were the choicest men of Assyria; and with all whom she lusted after, with all their idols she defiled herself. 8 “She did not forsake her harlotries from the time in Egypt; for in her youth men had lain with her, and they handled her virgin bosom and poured out their lust on her. 9 “Therefore, I gave her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians, after whom she lusted. 10 “They uncovered her nakedness; they took her sons and her daughters, but they slew her with the sword. Thus she became a byword among women, and they executed judgments on her.
11 “Now her sister Oholibah saw this, yet she was more corrupt in her lust than she, and her harlotries were more than the harlotries of her sister. 12 “She lusted after the Assyrians, governors and officials, the ones near, magnificently dressed, horsemen riding on horses, all of them desirable young men. 13 “I saw that she had defiled herself; they both took the same way. 14 “So she increased her harlotries. And she saw men portrayed on the wall, images of the Chaldeans portrayed with vermilion, 15 girded with belts on their loins, with flowing turbans on their heads, all of them looking like officers, like the Babylonians in Chaldea, the land of their birth. 16 “When she saw them she lusted after them and sent messengers to them in Chaldea. 17 “The Babylonians came to her to the bed of love and defiled her with their harlotry. And when she had been defiled by them, she became disgusted with them. 18 “She uncovered her harlotries and uncovered her nakedness; then I became disgusted with her, as I had become disgusted with her sister. 19 “Yet she multiplied her harlotries, remembering the days of her youth, when she played the harlot in the land of Egypt. 20 “She lusted after their paramours, whose flesh is like the flesh of donkeys and whose issue is like the issue of horses. 21 “Thus you longed for the lewdness of your youth, when the Egyptians handled your bosom because of the breasts of your youth.
22 “Therefore, O Oholibah, thus says the Lord GOD, ‘Behold I will arouse your lovers against you, from whom you were alienated, and I will bring them against you from every side: 23 the Babylonians and all the Chaldeans, Pekod and Shoa and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them; desirable young men, governors and officials all of them, officers and men of renown, all of them riding on horses. 24

These ayahs clarify that “the Lord of the Jinn and of mankind”, is none other than “allah”.

By this statement, the authors of the Koran have attempted to align the god “allah”, of the Koran, to that of Theos….to that of Jesus Christ…as the Book of Revelation is a message from God…it is a message from Jesus Christ.

The Book of Revelation was never a message from “allah”.

Al Quran is a divine book of Islam revealed by God Almighty on the Messenger Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) for entire mankind. The Book brings peace and tranquility among the people who adopt Islam as a system in their daily lives. There are hundered and fourteen surahs, chapters of Holy Quran. The revelation took approximately 23 years, the first surah is "Fatiah" and the last surah is "An-naas".

Ghafir | 85 verses | The Forgiver سورة غافر
Sura #40 | Makkah

verse : 2
(تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَـبِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ )

Summary of verse : 2

(The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Almighty, the All-Knower.) means, this book -- the Qur'an -- is from Allah, the Owner of might and knowledge, Who cannot be overtaken and from Whom nothing is hidden, not even an ant concealed beneath many layers

M. Khan : The revelation of the Book (this Quran) is from Allah the All-Mighty, the All-Knower.

Surah Al Jathiya | 37 verses | سورة الجاثية
Sura #45 | Makkah

verse : 2
(تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ )

M. Khan : The revelation of the Book (this Quran) is from Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. .

Al-Ahqaf | 35 verses | The wind-curved sandhills سورة الأحقاف
Sura #46 | Makkah

verse : 2
تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ

M. Khan : The revelation of the Book (this Quran) is from Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

The Koran never once states that it was divinely inspired.

Nor does it even once state that anyone named "Muhammad" had anything at all to do with its contents.

The Koran, however, does state that it merely copied the Holy Bible.

It copied the Book of Revelation.

lol! Where does Qur'aan state it merely copied the Bible? Show us the evidence please! There is nothing new, wonderful and worth reading in John's hocus pocus of Revelation.

The book of Revelation is not even considered any scripture and is not recited in the churches. Martin Luther, when he translated the Bible in German, did not include it as part of the Bible but put it in as an appendix only.
