Yes, I agree on what you have said.

For Villa's, you will have to stick to the Greens/Springs etc. However, there are not too many restaurants/bars etc near there.

However, if you go for a 2 bed flat, you will be able to get something much closer to Trade centre roundabout i.e SZR/Al Diafah etc.

And the quality of the fittings/fixtures and materials used are CHEAP. Most probably last 5-6 years before it looks like a Council estate!

Same as what they are prepared to pay for a 2 bed Villa. The flat on SZR will be a heck of a lot closer to pubs/restaurants/shops etc.

Well, if you want to live near the Airport, the beach is not for you. It would be a hell of a walk for you to get there! Check maps before asking, Airports are farly easy to see. Google is wonderful for that. Rashidiya or Mirdif are close, so is Al Ghuasis and Abu Hail. AND BEFORE YOU ASK, DO A SEAR...
