Overstay 1day

I arrived in Dubai last March 8, 2016 with short term tourist visa. I took my exit yesterday April 6, 2016 to Oman via bus. When we arrived in border around 9pm , the driver informed us that there's problem with immigration system and we need to go back Dubai. We arrived in Dubai around 12midnight. Do I need to pay my overstay today? If yes, how and where? Thank you.
