The bird in question was caught a few days ago by Saudi Arabian locals, who discovered that the griffon vulture was carrying a GPS transmitter with a label from Tel Aviv University.

You're a bit behind the curve on this one zubber - apparently Israel radio is reporting that the 'spy' is being released (hopefully it hasn't been tortured!)
