Hi, I've just been given a Sitecom wireless router. I live in Arabian Ranches and so have to contend with Du. Unfortunately their customer support have no technical training on setting these things up - does anyone know what i have to do? is it a dynamic ip or static? whats my pppoe/pppoa username/password??? what the hell is a vpi/vci and what is mine?

Select Automatically Assigned IP - in the router configuration.
Its a PPOE Connection so you dont need the VC Details.

Plug in all the wires & then switch on the router, it should work then
