Who I Can Get A Visit Visa?

I am from Bangladesh. I want to go Dubai. Its very difficult to have a visa from Bangladesh. How I could get a Visit Visa? Can any one help?

dear smsasad i have also plan to move to Dubai this or next month. i have gathered information from my chump who came back Pakistan. he did go there through visit visa. first he managed for a travel agent to arrange for a WAKEEL in Arabic language i.e custodian. he sponsors you for visit visa.
