Notice Period Help

I am considering leaving my current employment and have 2 options to go for regarding my next job in Dubai

I am currently on an unlimited UAE contract and my notice period is 3 months.

Can anyone suggest some good ways on how I can negotiate early release from this 3 months notice period.

UNless you can reduce it amicably dont even take that route since the old company may put a 6 month ban.

The company doesn't impose a six month ban, the labour department does. Ban will depend on several factors ...

Standard notice period is 1 month. You can either try to negotiate early release directly with your boss, or check with MOL if 1 month is all that is legally required, or consult with lawyer.
