Canadian Licence To Uae Licence

One of my friend asked if one can convert G2 licence to uae licence? If yes what are the procedures?

i'm not sure what a g2 license is but my Class 5 AB license was easily transferable, all i need to do was go to the Canadian Embassey and get a letter saying it was legit then took that down to the DMV went for an eye exam and done.
I think you need to be a CDN passport holder as well.

I believe this is still the learners, so no you cannot just switch to the UAE license.
You must have a G license which is verified by the Canadian Embassy in UAE.
