No problem as long as you do all the cleaning, washing, ironing, garden watering, dog walking and feeding, pooper scooping, general maintenance and coping with the local down the road who has a souped up Ford Mustang that he likes to start and rev up at 3am when he goes on shift as a fireman that rattles the windows and brings the light fittings down...

Oh and the gate lock is broken, could you fix that for me too?
