Why are we not hearing the other side to this story? The alleged abductors/rapists also have a right to tell their side of the story. We're only hearing one side.

I don't know...it feels a bit weird the way the mother of this kid handled this situation. why go to the media? Yeah, the police weren't doing much, but that's nothing exclusive to the UAE! Sadly victims need to fight for their rights almost everywhere.

But..why the interviews? Why go so public? The public over-exposure is something that could haunt this kid for a lot longer than the rape itself....

That's why there's a court case. So they can tell their side. Which has also been reported in the media.

yeah ..and they said.. We dont know English or french.. we dont understand what's being written on the news papers.. but we havent done anything that we are accused of doing to that boy.

Yeah after all the news written in both English and Arabic newspaper and they still dare to say they dont know and didnt do anything.....what a shocker...
