Strange question but, are there any hotels and/or salons etc which have stand up sunbeds/solariums in the Marina area??

You shouldn't use those things, they're soooo bad for your skin, you'll end up looking older with horrid skin like aleather handbag.
Fake is the way to go. get a spray tan instead, it's much healthier.
