Drink a mug of warm milk with honey before bed, it's a natural sedative and sends you right off to sleep. Also a couple of drops of Lavender oil on the pillow.

I commend the male posters on this thread for their restraint thus far!

:)

Another piece of advice I've read is not to go to bed until you feel sleepy.

Read a book, that always works for me.

Unless its a good book, and then I can be awake the whole night reading it.

That's always a good one, and again a couple of drops of Lavender oil in the ater works a treat - just don't fall alseep in the bath.

Here's a tip, don't eat just before bed, it makes it hard to sleep.

dude,,,

okie, good am not the only one, but , yeah i dont get at times...

This is some of the solutions

1) Eat rice / Drink milk before you got to sleep

2) Read a borin book before you sleep on the bed

3) Keep your mind at peace,,when you sleep,, keep the worryin facts off your mind.

4) yeah sleep when you do feel like sleeping

soon would be off into the dreamland..

hope this helps

I have the same problem, so let me give you a warning, if you start reading a boring book, or watching something boring, it will GET INTERESTING!

I don’t know about other solutions, but the best thing that ever worked for me is not trying to sleep, the moment I convince my self that I don’t want to sleep, I stat falling a sleep. :?

Considering that Plan A, if it didn’t work, give me a call for Plans B, C,
