From what I have heard, no one on the team is an Iraq national & the team hasn't played a game in Iraq for nearly 17 years. Either way, Go Iraq

Who spread that rumour? If you see history, the migration of athletes is usually from poor to rich countries. You must be thinking of Qatar.

I didn’t really have time to watch these matches, so I didn’t know the history of it, but I know this KSA players are amongst the worst I have ever seen, not skills wise, but manners wise! So if Iraqis kicked their ****… then by all means, GO IRAQ!

Yeh.. if I was making a million quid a year playing in a foreign league, I'd become a foreign national too. Who the hell wants to do military service...in IRAQ!
