Dear Friends,

I am working in a jebel ali freezone company total salary is 5400AED/month (basic is 3000). this month from 22nd I am going for my annual leave. The company providing me the annual leave salary is 3000(basic) and air ticket up & down. Up to 21st dec I took 3 days off with company's approval ie.dec-3,4,5. I got the salary of dec until 21st is aed 2571/- and they deducted my 3 days absent is aed-771/-. how abt the annual leave compensation it's only basic salary?.. and how abt the absent deduction?. Anybody can tell me the rules and calculation of salary deduction..
