Fair Enough........but HOW MUCH of Burj Dubai is READY ?

How much of it is let and /or sold ?

Is it also COMPLETE to its full height ?

I have an earlier page on Burj Dubai on www.visit-dubai.co.uk . I praised it then....before the recession.....and have held off from criticism on my site since. If you put "visit dubai "into Google UK, we are top. We are 2nd on Google.com.

However, if Dubai is going to let offices , attract finance companies etc, it must show FINANCIAL GRAVITAS , and not be seen as a profligate gambler who has no control over money!!

Investments must be SAFE!!

Burj Dubai is PART of that world because it is part of a financial centre complex.

Anyone know how much is currently let or sold ?

No doubt it will be an EXCELLENT tourist attraction in itself and will attract a lot of tourism money to Dubai, just to view the building .

I believe the actual Burj Dubai, is completely sold out and re-sold out several times in fact.

Thanks Sage. That's a bit of good news for Dubai, because that is a really ICONIC building that is going to grab world attention.

It needs to be a success. It may be sold out, but is it all completed yet?

Is every floor ready to move in ?

Certainly not complete, I would think it will be several months before that statement can really be made.

You will have to ask the PM that question.
