*Sigh* it's that time of the year.

I'm thinking of doing a birthday brunch and would like to hear some suggestions on venues etc. Of course DFM'rs are invited.

Where's the best brunch in town in terms of price/quality/alcohol?

Also... what should I buy myself now that I'm 31?

I must say, I've been overwhelmed by the suggestions.

the only brunch place i've been to so far is the one at the irish village...afraid i am never really awake by brunch on weekends...usually resting last nights hangover by sleeping it off...but i am game to come and remind you of your age any ol time

How about Friday 12 hour eating at JW marriot in Deira. Dhs196 fully inclusive of house drinks. 12 hours solid.

Then, for your birthday, buy an electric wheelchair, to help you get around after 12 hours of eating and drinking!

Yeah a good one, I think I might go for that.

Suggest you call them to make a booking early. Don't think you can just pitch up, especially in a group.
