Hi,

I need a web oriented CRM solution that is not really expensive and covers most of the sales process features.

Are there any suggestions, even from a start up comp. I can discuss customized features if necessary.

Zoho has a great free option until you can upgrade and pay for Salesforce

You can get a hosting and install SugarCRM. It is free so you need to spend money for hosting and configuration only.

You can look into live chat support software. This is an online CRM application which helps e-commerce websites handle sales and customer support.
