Looking for a 1 Br appartment in the greens to rent on yearly basis. I need the bigger size appartment which is around 800 ft2 not the small one.

I meant the Gardens! and the waiting list is about 700 and not 7000. My appologies, reading to fast and typing faster...

Back to the Greens! i would suggest that you post a note at the Choitrams in the Greens, as well as look through the daily papers. Obvioulsy try and get the lease directly with the owner and not through an agent. If you do get it directly from the owner make sure you get a legal lease for the appartment!
