I am a recent female grad of one year with lots of part time work experience. I am a citizen of canada and was educated there for uni and most of grade school, but am a dubai resident. I did a BBA degree.
Would my salary package typically differ of say local ( not UAE locals) graduates?
What is a reasonable salary package of an entry level role in the media industry at a global company? Also what do people get paid at PWC (associate) if anyone happens to know.
Also, are entry level roles able to negotiate or should they take any offer gratefully? Is 10,000 aed/month ( all inclusive) + flight ticket+medical+annual leave good for me? or should I be getting more considering I was paid 12,000 before ( worked 6 months ) at a dead end place with fewer opportunities.
